We are in a time of restoration, because the world, is in a
state of exile from God. An aspect of this exile is that the world in unaware that they are in a state of exile.
The world does not actively realize where they really are or what sort of condition they are in. In the consciousness of much of the world, the work of God and the plan of God are totally hidden.
If God were truly revealed as the Creator of Heaven and Earth and the Savior of mankind the creation, as a consequence, would be drawn to God. Their actions would be an expression of that awareness.
But that is not the case.
"For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him: And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist." Colossians 1:16-17
Yet - "He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he
power to become the sons
of God, even to them that believe on his name." John 1:10-12
God is preparing us as a people who will participate in bringing the world out of a state of exile and lead them to redemption.
We are engaged in a work of ministry and service that God Himself has chosen by His own will and design.
For the world these are days of uncertainty. But we live in an assurance founded in revelation and vision. For us it is the right time - an appointed time to be transformed by the renewing of our mind.
The calling of the Lord is upon us. It is a call to attain to higher ground. Our goal is to transform our lives and the world in which we live into vessels
of honor for revealing His glory.
God has sent forth a living word to create and bring into manifest
existence the desire of His heart.
The Spirit has revealed to us the plan of God but it has been proven by our own experience, out from our own understanding. It is a living word.
We believe that as we follow and speak a living Word that we have heard from the throne of God, that Word will bring into being that which has been declared.
We have determined to give the truth expression through our lives. We have seen that as we have borne the image of the earthly we can bear the image of the heavenly.
Our lives are gradually being motivated by one thought that Jesus Christ be glorified on earth. We know that the Church has existed for 2000 years but the restoration we seek has not yet come.
We believe that it is possible to expect a world that is unaware
of its own condition to eventually desire salvation.
Fortunately, the Church is a light in the midst of
darkness and we have been called to be lights in the world.
We have the pattern to enable US to understand the nature of the exile and bondage that exists in the world.
"Now all the things that happened unto Israel happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.
Wherefore let him that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall." 1Corinthians 10:11 Israel was not restored and the exile is noted in its chronology.
"So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations." Matthew 1:17
Even today, when Israel is established in their own land they still seek restoration, the Tabernacle of David, and the appearing of Messiah.
The Church is still in a state of exile though there are churches and ministries everywhere. We have received the greatest gift; the one that all mankind seeks. We know that we can be free from the power of darkness and able to walk in the light of God's purpose.
The encouragement that we have received convinces us that this transformation is possible. That which we have seen and understood can be given expression in our daily lives. We can find peace and we can maintain our peace in Him.
There is a transformation that we pursue that satisfies our desire for healing and deliverance. That which we seek is also the world's desire -they are waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God.
We seek it for ourselves first because it is the foundation of our relationship with Jesus Christ, and we are
desirous as servants of God, to share it with others. We humble ourselves before the mighty hand of God, and we remain humble that we may benefit and serve, others.
Our sense of responsibility has deepened as we came to understand the meaning of life. We are allowing the Word of God and the Spirit to define for us that meaning.
The revelation of one's own condition is always the starting point in the search for healing and deliverance.
We are each unique because God has visited us to reveal that Jesus Christ is the answer prepared for us. His presence brings comfort and relief but He encourages us to pursue the high calling established in Him by revealing the meaning of life as it pertains to Him.
"For the earnest expectation of the creature waits for the manifestation of the sons of God.
For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of Him who has subjected the same in hope, because the creature itself also shall
be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God."
Romans 8:19-21 Exile, is overcome through redemption.
